Storage Vault purchases third site in Newbridge, Edinburgh
Storage Vault has gone East with its third acquisition in Scotland after buying a vacant warehouse on Harvest Road, Newbridge.
The 2.7 acre site contains a 15,000 sq ft warehouse. The development will see the warehouse divided into storage and work space units from 35 sq ft up to 665 sq ft. The site sits in a prime location boundaried by the main Glasgow to Edinburgh railway line on one side and the M8/M9 motorway on the other. The site is within minutes of Edinburgh Airport and the Royal Highland Centre at Ingliston.
